Direct manufacturing

CLAD® process is based on the 3D layer by layer deposition of laser melted metallic powders to build the profile of the requested part. 

Three possible applications:
- Manufacturing of functional parts
- Fonctionalization by adding materials or geometries on existing parts
- Repair of worn metallc parts

Main characteristics:

- Use of all injected material - Advanced control of material through powder mixes - No dimensional constraints - Industrial process - Excellent metallurgical quality (100% density and fine metallurgical structure)
