Initial training
IREPA LASER has developed a specific curriculum in laser processes that prepares to the grade of Laser Technician for industrial applications (RETALI).
Every year a promotion of 6 to 10 graduated students from technical high schools starts a 19-month training that includes theoretical courses and work on laser machines. Teaching is ensured by professors of the Engineering School of Strasbourg (INSA) and laser experts.
IREPA LASER also hosts students from technical high schools and universities for practical trainings, students-engineers and Ph-D students.
