Pilot production

For the validation of the laser process developed during the feasibility phases, it is necessary to make pilot production of small series (500 to 1000 parts) to check if the process is viable.

We make a batch of parts with the given parameters and then we improve the process window. As for the feasibility studies these different phases are made on our machines often until the client integrates laser technology in his production.
